Gent - Ghent is a lively city and is located just across the Dutch border in Flanders. Ghent has a beautiful historic city center with beautiful monuments, numerous pubs and nice restaurants. Wander through the old streets of the Patershol, admire the facades of the many guild houses, visit the medieval Gravensteen and walk along the Graslei, on the river Leie. Ghent is easy to reach from the Netherlands and therefore a wonderful destination for a day trip or weekend away.
