The Hermitage museum in Amsterdam has a permanent presentation describing the Dutch-Russian relationship. Temporary exhibitions with art from the Russian Hermitage are usually scheduled for six-months.

The museum is located in a former retirement home for elderly women at a beautiful location near the Amstel river in the city center of Amsterdam.
