Eindhoven - Driving in a "moving raincoat"? Dutch car manufacturer DAF builds trucks these days, but back in 1928 the company started with the production of "normal" cars. Normal? Well eh not really. The company is the inventor of the automatic gearing system.

Moving raincoat

The moving raincoat was a nickname of one of their car models. In the museum you can also see the first DAF and a Royal DAF car.
