Exact center of Friesland?

Calculating the exact center of a province isn't easy. Do you consider just the mainland, or also the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea? Do you include the Wadden Islands and the Afsluitdijk or not? Tower of Eagum

The village of Eagum consists of only a few farms, a church tower and an old cemetery all around. The tower was built in 1777. The accompanying church was demolished in 1838.
