Loenen aan de Vecht is a small village on the Utrecht river Vecht. The village itself consists of nice old houses, a church from the third century and an old drawbridge. In the summer you can enjoy watching boats here or take a nice bike ride along the various country houses on the water. If you have some time, rent a boat and take a nice trip on the Vecht and the nearby Loosdrechtse Plassen.
